    WHAT WE STAND FOR

    At Nostaljik, we aim to provide you with the best customer service and products as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves on the care, and quality in everything we create to enhance your shopping experience with us.
    In the unlikely event that an issue arises, we will aim to respond and support you as quickly and as effectively as possible. Your experience and loyalty are extremely important to us.

     

    SHIPPING

    Every scented product is handmade and poured at the Nostaljik headquarters. Please be patient with us and allow 3-5 working days for products to be made. It may be that the product you ordered is out of stock, therefore not all items can shipped the next day
    During busy periods of the year and the run up to Christmas, we plan to have all stock available. However in the unlikely event we are running low on your favourite products, this is when the 3-5-day time frame may apply. We will do our best to get the products you are after back in stock as soon as we possibly can.

     

    RETURNS

    If you are unhappy with a product you have received, please head to the Contact Us page and get in touch with us. We will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange, as soon as the item has been returned to us in a sellable condition.
    Please note, we can not cover the cost of any shipping returns, unless the item you received was damaged. We kindly ask you to provide a photo with your email request to us so we can provide a replacement.

     

    LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS

    All items shipped are handled with care and carefully wrapped with fragile labels to avoid any damage. However occasionally items can get damaged or lost during shipping, which is unfortunate and out of our hands.
    In the unlikely event a product arrives to you damaged, we will send a replacement out as soon as the item is in stock, providing you contact us and upload an image with your request to us.
    If you have not received your items after 12 working days from the date shipped, we will support you with tracking and locating your order. If we are not able to locate your package, we will send out a new one to you at the earliest convenience.
